Rebuilding
- Complete strip down of folding machines to the frame.
- All frames are sanded and painted.
- Each rebuilt unit has its own list of parts and accessories documented.
- Worn parts will be replaced with newer components when applicable.
- All electrical components including buttons, switches, and jam detectors
are fully tested and replaced if necessary. - Machines are fully assembled and tested with samples. Folded samples
are left with the machine for customer's review and approval. - All machines carry a three-month warranty on parts.
- All machines are bolted and lagged down on skids, stretched wrapped,
and ready for shipping to customer's plant. - Servitech loads the machinery onto common carriers to complete the
process. Customer can choose their own carrier or Servitech can quote
pricing for delivery.
